Business Services 

The Region III Workforce Investment Board wants to help businesses in our region become more competitive and profitable through a more highly trained workforce. 

Our goal is to help businesses survive and grow by offering services that help employees improve their productivity.  Our training services help workers perform better by improving their technical and job-related personal skills.  The WorkForce WV Career Center includes representatives from many participating agencies.  These services include: 

• Identifying Your Business’s Needs

• Improving Productivity

• Recruiting and Retaining Employees

• Customized Training

•  On the Job Training

• Rapid Response for Dislocated Workers

• Individual Training Accounts

• Many Others
