Training Support

Valuable training opportunities are available to customers looking for a new or better job, or for job training to improve their skills and marketability.   

The Region III Workforce Investment Board of Kanawha County can provide up to $4,000 per program year to assist you in your training cost.  Certain restrictions apply and requirements must be met.  Contact us for details.  

Customers must first register with the Workforce WV Career Center to participate in training opportunities.  Information and assistance with needs such as transportation, child care, and basic skills training are also available at the Workforce WV Career Center.
